Prospect sits close enough to the city that lessons here get straight to the point. Prospect Road itself is busy, has parked cars along much of it, and gives you the stop start traffic and lane discipline practice that quieter suburbs cannot.
The side streets running off it are narrow, lined with parked cars, and perfect for the two things learners find hardest: reverse parallel parking into a real gap, and box in and box out judgement when only one car fits through and someone has to give way.
From here the city is a five minute drive, so a single lesson can cover a residential start, an arterial road and the CBD grid. For anyone preparing for a test out of the city, that is an efficient use of the hour.
