Three Point Turn
Turning the car around in a narrow road
Keep looking all around at every stage. The car moves forward, back, then forward again.
- Stop the car at a safe place
- Check mirrors (right and centre)
- Put your signal on for 5 seconds
- Turn the steering wheel to the right until it locks
- Check mirror and blind spot
- Move slowly until the left hand B pillar reaches the middle of the road
- Stop and turn the wheel to the left until it locks
- Change gear to Reverse
- Look both sides and back
- Reverse slowly until the right hand A pillar mirror reaches the middle of the road
- Stop and turn the wheel to the right until it locks
- Change gear to Drive
- Stop and look both sides
- Drive forward and straighten the car
