Stopping
Pulling over and securing the car
Read the guideThese are the printed sheets we hand our own students, published in full. No sign-up, no email address, no catch. Read them whether or not you ever book a lesson.
Each guide is the method taught in the car, written the way it is taught: in order, with the reference points that make a manoeuvre repeatable instead of lucky. They were built over years of lessons and typeset for printing, which is why they read like instructions rather than an article.
The five slow speed manoeuvres are worth two percent each in the Vehicle On Road Test, with no half marks, so ten percent of your result is decided by whether these are automatic. The rest is the general drive.
Ordered procedures. Learn the sequence, then repeat it until you stop thinking about the sequence.
